FAQS

SHIPPING

  • Feathered Arbour shipping within Australia for all of our online products is $12.95, with the exception of framed prints. We use Australia Post and delivery is usually within 3-10 days of purchase.
  • We currently do not ship to addresses outside Australia
  • If you require Express Postage, please call us on (03) 9347 4430 or make a note on your order and we will get that happening for you.  Using Express Post, delivery is expected between 1- 3 working days, however it will cost extra.
  • For larger items (such as framed prints) we use Couriers Plus.  In this instance, please call the store for a shipping price.  Couriers Plus usually take between 2 - 10 working days.
  • Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.  Please advise us at the checkout if you wish to take any insurance or registration of your goods, and provide contact details so we can discuss this with you.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • We endeavour to fulfill all online orders quickly and correctly.  We also run a busy retail shopfronts where our goods are sold simultaneously.  On the odd occasion, products may be purchased online and in store at the same time.  If this situation occurs, we will contact you immediately to inform you that your product is not available, and offer you a choice of an alternative product or a full refund of the cost of the item that is unavailable.  We apologise if this does happen to you!
  • Unframed artworks may take 3-4 weeks. Many of the limited edition prints are printed as ordered, included being signed and numbered.
  • PreOrder - this means the product has not been released as yet and you can secure it before it's been released.

RETURNS

  • All returns must be posted at your expense.
  • If your item arrives damaged or is faulty you must contact us immediately in writing at feathered.arbour@bigpond.com within 24 hours of receipt of the goods to obtain a Returned Number.  All items must be returned with this RN within 7 days of receipt.
  • If your purchase arrives and you have changed your mind, you must contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods at feathered.arbour@bigpond.com to obtain a Returned Number.  All returns for change of mind are at the discretion of Feathered Arbour.
  • If your request to return an item is approved, you may return it to us with the RN with the item in it’s original “new and unused” condition within 3 days of the RN Approval. New and unused means, all original tags attached and items unworn and unsoiled. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note there is No Returns on Jewellery.
  • You will be offered a replacement or a gift voucher for change of mind purchases, not including the original freight charge.
  • Please note that sale items are fully non exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty.
